Stage One International Film Festival, SOIFF Saturday 27/02/2016

Actors Models on the Red Carpet SOIFF 27.02.2016 (4)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              I had the privilege to be a part of great team of photographer and videographers, who were invited to capture the evening events, of “Stage One International Film Festival” which was hosted at Warner Bros. Movie World on the Gold Coast. All my captured images you will find in my Gallery under mixed events, a lot more from other photographers can be found on SOIFF official website, http://www.stageonefilmfestival.com/
This major event that was held on 27/02/2016 felt like being at a Hollywood red carpet gala event, Hollywood bought to the Gold Coast, it was a well-organized event, supported by Screen Queensland and the Gold Coast City Council, showcasing Australian and International talent within the film, music and fashion industries by combining them into one exciting corporate black tie gala event unlike any other in Australia. This event was in its second year running, from what I could see will only get bigger, with the likes of “THE POTBELLEEZ” a three-piece Irish-Australian electro-house and dance music group pumping out their hit song “Don’t Hold Back”, Headlining the 2016 event. With supporting acts, New Zealand born singer/ songwriter Ngara and up and coming four piece electro progressive rock band Pluvio and Punk Rock band The Gaston, made this a night to remember.
The red carpet was amazing; to take photos of guest from the music and film and fashion industries walking the red carpet lined with, Lamborghini’s, Ferrari’s, Bentley’s, Rolls Royce’s, Porsche’s and the Bat mobile, as a motor mechanic myself it was an honour.
If anyone interested for the 2017 SOIFF event for a great night out, to contact SOIFF website http://www.stageonefilmfestival.com/ for more details as I know the 2016 event tickets sold out. Going to the website will also give you more in-depth info about the gala event.
